Limited Lifetime Warranty Statement

GMX International warrants to the original purchaser only, that each GMX International unit shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the LIFETIME product. Should any such defect arise, the product will be replaced or repaired without charge by GMX International promptly upon the return of the defective product to GMX International.

The warranty obligations of GMX International and the original purchaser's sole remedy shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product only. GMX International shall not be liable or responsible under any circumstances or in any amount of consequential or incidental damages or for injury or damages to persons or property using or used in connection with the product, or for loss of profits or other costs or expenses of any kind or character.

This warranty applies only during normal use and care and is absolutely void if the product is misused, neglected, damaged, altered, or repaired by someone other that GMX International.

There are no warranties or representations by GMX International other than as set forth above, either expressed or implied and no person, firm, or corporation is authorized to make any representation or incur any obligation in the name of or on behalf of GMX International except as stated above. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.

Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee

The GMX International Units are unconditionally guaranteed. The GMX International Unit must be installed and used for a period of 90 days. If within 30 days after the 90 day period, GMX Units have not performed to your satisfaction, simply return the undamaged unit with the original sales receipt to the distributor from whom the unit was purchased and your money will be promptly refunded.

In addition to the GMX International Money Back Guarantee and Lifetime Warranty, Clearwater GMX will refund the return shipping cost (up to standard shipping cost) along with the full purchase price and standard shipping cost of any system sold by us and returned after the 90 day trial period and before the end of the following 30 day return period, 120 days in all.

Any GMX System returned prior to the expiration of the 90 day trial period or not installed and used for a period of at least 90 days may be subject to a 15% service fee. Any GMX System returned without the original invoice is not eligible for the refund of shipping costs and may be subject to an additional $25 service fee.

Please allow a full 90 days for the GMX System to do its job. You MUST use the GMX System for a full 90 days, be issued an RMA number and return the original invoice with the GMX System to be eligible for a full refund, including shipping costs.

Clearwater GMX Return Procedure: Please contact Clearwater GMX via email, telephone at (928) 978-0757 or snail mail. We will provide you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and return instructions. We will need your invoice number (upper right hand corner) to retrieve your sales record and issue the RMA number. Our receiving department will not accept any package without a valid RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

This includes any personal data, email addresses and credit card information. We DO NOT support SPAM in any form and all information provided to us is kept strictly confidential.
